Regional Sales Manager Required for Victoria/Tasmania

About the role:

The role requires a self-motivated person who builds good customer relationships with resellers and distributors at a state and store level through proactive sales and marketing activities.

You will be responsible for the leadership and management of the region, the achievement of the region’s sales budget, profitability, the management of expense budget and other necessary tasks.

The role will necessitate planned travel throughout the region as well as travel for internal and external meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales or marketing roles within the agricultural industry
  • A good working knowledge of the reseller / distribution network within the appropriate region
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications is preferred but not essential

Technical and Product Development

As part of the technical and product development role at Ozcrop you will be responsible for developing product registration projects for new and existing products. You will work closely with the sales team, our partners in China and external partners to implement and maintain our product pipeline. You will be fully versed in researching market information to develop our product portfolio.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the agchem industry
  • result driven and independent way of working
  • excellent IT skills (office 365)
  • tertiary level education desirable
