Administration & Office Support
We are currently looking for a person to fill the role of office assistant. The successful candidate will be trained in our systems and processes so that you may fill your desire for growth and contribution, within a growing company. Please be aware this is a full-time Monday to Friday position.
Ozcrop operates in the Agricultural Industry. Manufacturer and supplier of fully formulated or technical agrochemicals. Based in the Norwest Business Park – Sydney, the business has a highly experienced management and staff that focus on ensuring the customer’s outcomes are our priority. All sales are supported by our regionally based sales manager’s complimented by our supply chain and customers service team. Ozcrop’s range of products are distributed throughout Australia from our 7 regional warehouses.
Qualifications & experience
- • Microsoft excel • Adobe pdf (editing) • Word Press (website) • MYOB • Microsoft Word • Power point • Ability to read/write Chinese and speak Mandarin is preferred but not essential • General level of ability with computer systems
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assistant to customer service and general office hand • general office duties • processing orders • processing invoices • excel reports • data management • filing • meeting setup / minutes • able to work in a small team • attention to detail
- Computer skills in excel/office/myob
- Well spoken (Mandarin desirable but not essential)
- Attention to detail
